Carpets Galore was great to work with! Our sales man Brian was professional, knowledgeable and had good communication with us. We had some interaction with the owner as well. We love working with local family owned businesses and having the owner reach out to us directly actually helped us decide to go with Carpets Galore. The sales process was no pressure and the selection of carpet was endless. However the BEST part of the whole experience was the installation process. They told us it would take two days, but they got it all done in one. Jose was the head installer and there was a team of 4. They all worked really hard and did a great job not just installing but cleaning up. All and all we couldn’t be happier. We had them do our whole house, but here is a before and after of the stairs. Made a huge difference.
